Origin Arc is currently a pre-launch business preparing to offer precision surface cleaning services in Glasgow and Central Scotland. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's used.

What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your area or postcode
• The type of service you're enquiring about
• Your current cleaning method, if you tell us (optional)
• Any additional details you provide about your enquiry

We do not currently collect photographs or file uploads through this form.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need cleaned or restored, and discuss whether Origin Arc could be a suitable solution for you. If you've indicated interest in founding-customer pricing, we may also use your details to contact you about this once we launch.

We do not use this information for marketing communications, and submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to any newsletter or mailing list.

How your information is processed

Our enquiry form is processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, your details are sent via Formspree to our enquiry inbox. Formspree processes this data on our behalf in order to deliver it to us; we do not separately store your details on our own servers at this stage.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where relevant, follow up about founding-customer pricing ahead of launch. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so, other than where we need to retain limited information for legal or accounting reasons.
